Allied Universal is Now Hiring for Full-Time Outreach Ambassador for the Atlantic City NJ area

Friday Saturday Sunday Monday Tuesday 12:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

What Youll Do:
- Provide customer service to students staff and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner including assisting with de-escalation and coordinating notifications per site procedures.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of school buildings grounds parking areas and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify hazards or maintenance concerns for reporting.
- Monitor access points during assigned hours verify visitor authorization assist with directions and help maintain orderly entry and exit during arrival dismissal and events.
- Complete security-related reports such as incident documentation patrol logs and shift activity summaries and communicate relevant observations to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.
Minimum Requirements:
- Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Have access control and/or badge experience preferred.
- Have a state county or city issued security license preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
