Job Summary

Overview

We are in the precious metals business launching with a vision to innovate and excel in the industry. This role will primarily focus on providing support on business development initiatives client onboarding as well as supporting day-to-day business operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a individual with an entrepreneurial mindset to take ownership and make an impact in a new venture.

Key Responsibilities

Provide support on business development initiatives to expand precious metals business including the addition of new products and services.
Manage endtoend client onboarding serving as the primary point of contact and coordinating internally to resolve any blockers or issues.
Engage with clients on pricing and market updates supporting efforts to attract trading volume and strengthen client relationships in collaboration with the Managing Director and Sales team.
Develop and prepare compelling pitch decks and comprehensive documentation for external clients partners and internal leadership.
Operations support:
- Assist in executing daily operational tasks including trade processing inventory tracking and customer inquiries as the business ramps up.
- Support system testing and troubleshooting to ensure smooth functionality of operational tools and platforms.
Take on additional tasks as needed such as data entry website updates research or assisting with marketing initiatives.
Proactively identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions to enhance efficiency and scalability.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree holder
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
An entrepreneurial mindset with a proven ability to take initiative and responsibility for tasks.
A resourceful and adaptable approach thriving in a startup environment with a passion for problem-solving.
Possess a can-do attitude eagerness to learn and take up new challenges.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small fast-moving team.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications (Not required but good to have)

1 to 2 years of working experience involved in commodities or related roles preferably within physical and precious metals.
Basic coding skills (e.g. HTML CSS Python or similar) to assist with website or system-related tasks.
Interest or familiarity with the precious metals industry (training will be provided).
Background in driving business development and supporting new initiatives
Experience with process documentation or operational workflows.
Availability to start immediately preferred
