Join our dynamic team at the Capability Center for WW Operations FP&A where youll support a variety of critical workstreams. As a Sr Financial Analyst you will play a pivotal role in driving transformative initiatives across **P&L Planning and Reporting Head Count Controllership and Global Capital Management.

Key job responsibilities
Drive planning and reporting of worldwide operations across P&L headcount and capital management ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial data analysis.
Collaborate closely with business and finance teams to identify opportunities for optimizing financial processes and enhancing operational efficiency.
Drive the automation of the planning and reporting framework and models utilizing AI-based automation and advanced technology to streamline processes and increase efficiency.
Maintain good controllership across all FP&A workstreams implementing robust controls and procedures to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
- Bachelors degree in finance accounting business economics or a related analytical field (e.g. engineering math computer science)
- 4 years of finance or a related analytical field experience
- Experience with advanced use of SQL for data mining and business intelligence
- 4 years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
- MBA or CPA
- Knowledge of Tableau
- Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL MS Access Essbase Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle SAP Lawson JD Edwards)
