Bonaventure Senior Living has an exciting job opening for a Regional Director of Operations/Area Manager!
This exciting position will manage the overall operations of senior housing communities located in Oregon. The Regional Director of Operations/Area Manager will lead and direct the financial success and operations for our Assisted Independent and Memory Care communities.
The ideal candidate is highly competitive and sales driven individual with a proven track record of success in managing all aspects of senior living communities. What does a Regional Director of Operations/Area Manager do for Bonaventure
The Regional Director of Operations manages the on-site operations primarily through each community Executive Director. They oversee all facets of operations including census development financial performance resident satisfaction and team member satisfaction. They also inspect what they expect for all aspects of operations.
Qualifications
- Successful experience as a Regional Director of Operations or an Administrator for an Assisted Living Independent Living or Memory Care facility.
- Proven track record in Sales and revenue/expense management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook.
- Hold an Administrators License or be able to obtain one.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills.
- A desire to make a difference in the lives of seniors and a commitment to meet the needs of our residents.
- Secondary Education preferred but not required.
- Proficient in English reading and writing
- CPR Certification (preferred).
- Must pass criminal background check and drug test.
