Job Summary
Electrical (Maintenance) Candidate Profile
1. Conduct daily morning meetings with the maintenance team to review breakdowns preventive maintenance plans and daily work schedules.
2. Ensure timely resolution of assembly stamping welding and utility breakdowns to minimise production downtime.
3. Maintain smooth and efficient functioning of electrical systems machines and plant utilities.
4. Monitor maintain and troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment and electrical automation systems.
5. Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance activities for all plant machinery and equipment.
6. Maintain and control spare parts inventory to ensure the availability of critical electrical components.
7. Track and monitor maintenance KPIs such as MTTR MTBF breakdown time preventive maintenance adherence and electricity cost per part.
8. Prepare and submit daily weekly and monthly MIS reports on maintenance performance and machine efficiency.
9. Ensure the safety of manpower and machinery by strictly following electrical safety standards and plant safety guidelines.
10. Coordinate with production quality and maintenance teams to ensure smooth plant operations.
11. Monitor utility equipment including compressors electrical panels transformers and power distribution systems.
12. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce breakdowns and improve machine reliability.
13. Maintain proper documentation of maintenance records breakdown reports inspection logs and compliance reports.
14. Support management in energy-saving initiatives and cost control related to electricity consumption.
15. Work in rotational shifts and respond promptly to emergency maintenance situations.

.Qualification: Diploma / in Electrical Engineering
Experience:- 7 to 10 years in sheet metal Industries
