Position: Territory Sales Manager / Area Sales Manager
Location: Cochin Palakkad Calicut Kollam
Experience: 2 – 5 years of experience (Electronics & Home Appliances industry preferred)
Salary : Up to 35000/month
Job Summary
TSM/ASM will be responsible for driving sales through dealer and distributor networks expanding market reach and achieving revenue targets within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and develop dealer & distributor network in the assigned territory
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
* Identify and onboard new dealers/distributors
* Ensure proper stock availability and product movement in the market
* Monitor secondary sales and retail performance
* Build strong relationships with channel partners
* Conduct market visits competitor analysis and price tracking
* Implement sales promotions schemes and campaigns
* Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery
* Ensure timely collection of payments / outstanding dues
Requirements
* Strong channel sales experience (Dealer/Distributor handling)
* Good knowledge of electronics / home appliances market
* Experience in B2B / Channel Sales
* Local market knowledge of assigned territory
* Two-wheeler & willingness to travel extensively
