Senior Automation Analyst AI
Job Summary
What success looks like in this role:
- Partner with Deployment teams to support end-to-end customer onboarding to SEA Platform solutions
- Collaborate with Product Engineering and Customer/Account teams to gather and translate onboarding requirements
- Translate customer-specific business needs into clear technical requirements and implementation plans
- Create and maintain user stories onboarding workflows and acceptance criteria for deployment activities
- Develop process flows system diagrams and onboarding documentation (e.g. using Visio or similar tools)
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and customer-facing teams to ensure smooth onboarding experiences
- Support configuration and integration of platform components within customer environments
- Analyze onboarding performance customer usage and product metrics to identify improvement opportunities
- Identify and drive automation opportunities within onboarding and deployment processes
- Operate within ITSM / Service Desk environments to support onboarding-related incidents requests and changes
- Participate in Agile ceremonies ensuring alignment between deployment and development teams

You will be successful in this role if you have:
- Strong technical background with understanding of system architecture and product/platform design
- Proven experience in onboarding implementation or deployment-focused Business Analyst roles
- Ability to translate customer requirements into technical specifications and scalable solutions
- Experience writing detailed user stories and technical requirements
- Solid understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms such as ServiceNow Freshworks or BMC Helix
- Familiarity with APIs and system integrations
- Understanding of CI/CD principles and modern software development practices
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with product and onboarding metrics
- Experience with process mapping and diagramming tools (e.g. Visio or similar)
