About The Job
Responsible for executing and monitoring the end-to-end order management process which includes expediting orders to ensure they are fulfilled properly and on time as per the agreed service levels.
Job Description
Discuss the order specifications with the concerned sales companies or salesperson / internal sales (payment terms delivery terms and other specific customer agreements).
Execute and manage the order processes (order to cash) via ERP System.
Place orders to internal factories / distribution centers and external suppliers.
Communicate with customers on order status and follow up on order confirmation with internal factories / distribution centers and external suppliers.
Manage the delivery arrangement with agreed budgets. Coordinate transport arrangements with customers and forwarders to ensure smooth delivery.
Manage import / export shipment and shipping documents handling with custom and authorities.
Order backlogs follow up and warehouse management (inventory control and goods movement).
Ensure prompt invoicing process by securing the proof of delivery / proof of collection on time (advance payment invoices milestone payment invoices and final invoices).
Supporting claims closure with customers to ensure customers satisfaction.
Innovative mindset on order processes improvements.
Liaise and work closely with third party service providers.
Ad-hoc tasks assigned by direct report manager.
What You Know
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration/Commerce Supply Chain or equivalent.
Minimum 3 to 5 years working experience in orders management logistics and planning.
Good communication skills MS and ERP applications skills.
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and interact with all levels and different cultures.
Customer service oriented and ability to prioritize and multitask.
