Job Summary
Starting your career in Investment Banking Division as an Associate in the Mergers & Acquisition team you will be a key player in the execution of the firms business. Senior bankers will get to know you - both as a person and as a valued member of a winning team.
Job Responsibilities:
Performing valuation analyses
Working on mergers and acquisitions
Building detailed financial models and executing transactions from pitch to close
Analyzing market data building detailed financial models and preparing client presentations
Coming up with innovative and creative ways to solve complex real-world business challenges
Learning how we help clients and communities to grow and polishing your technical skills
Building your professional network with mentors senior executives and others
Required Qualifications capabilities and skills:
Excellent analytical quantitative and communication skills
Expertise in finance or economics a plus
Excellent leadership and collaborative skills
A well-rounded academic background from a top tier educational institution
Knowing your way around Excel PowerPoint and Word
