Civil Engineering Graduate Programme Feb 2027 Start

Our (BOP) Bay of Plenty Civil Construction team specialises in infrastructure construction with a strong focus on reinforced concrete that helps deliver bridges wharves water treatment plants storage tanks and pipelines.

In our two-year grad programme youll:

Work onsite on real projects with our experienced site teams.
Rotate and engage across different parts of the business to discover your strengths.
Access training development programmes and mentoring.
