We are hiring for a Construction Project Manager 3 to join our team!

As a Construction PM3 you will provide professional oversight of design and construction projects. Responsibilities include budgeting planning designing pricing directing and managing design construction and occupancy while meeting appropriate regulatory standards within corporate policy. Manages project personnel resources supplies and equipment in the department and promotes collaboration with internal and external customers. Reviews proposed project and with Manager of department is able to evaluate the project and alignment to the strategic plans for the organization. Responsible for leading multiple projects within the constraints of scope quality time and cost to deliver specified requirements and meet customer satisfaction. Serves as lead for Project Manager levels 1 and 2 and assists with leading and implementing departmental initiatives and process improvements.

What Youll Need:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in engineering architecture construction management facilities management or related field

  • 4-6 years of experience in progressively responsible work in design and construction project management

  • Ideally seeking a candidate with prior experience in healthcare construction

  • License/ Certifications: Licensed Architect or Engineer Preferred

  • PMP Certification Desired.
