Barback

As a Barback youll stock bars with designated supplies ensuring no shortages for fan service. Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment according to hotel specifications. Assist Bartenders and Cocktail Servers.

Schedule

Primarily PM shifts including weekends and holidays

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies/service procedures/standards.
• Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment. Use equipment only as intended.
• Anticipate fans needs respond promptly and acknowledge all fans however busy and whatever time of day.
• Maintain positive fan relations at all times.
• Be familiar with all hotel services/features and local attractions/activities to respond to fan inquiries accurately.
• Resolve fan complaints ensuring fan satisfaction.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness sanitation and organization of assigned work areas.

Education & Experience

Hotel experience is always a plus! Applicants should have

• A combination of education and experience

Additional consideration will be given to applicants who have completed special certifications such as bartender certification.

What Youll Need to Succeed

• Eligible to work in the United States
• Sufficient education and/or literacy needed to identify and read product labels and to communicate with fans about job-related needs.
• Ability to sit stand bend kneel and lift as requiredwith or without reasonable accommodations
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays if needed
