ARegistered Nurse (RN) House Supervisor who excels in this role will:

Accurately performs patient assessments andidentifiespatient needs
Identifiesandinitiatesappropriate nursinginterventions
Provides careappropriate tocondition and age of the patient
Performstimelyandappropriate documentationrelating to medical necessity in the medical record
Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient
PerformstimelyandaccurateQI assessments

Whatwerelooking foris an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with proven leadership in coordinating hospital operations ensuring highquality patient care and supporting clinical teams as a dedicated House Supervisor.

Requirements:

Applicants should have a current state RN license andpossessa bachelors degree from an accredited nursing school

Additionalrequirements include:

Basic Life Support certification isrequiredwithin30 daysof hire
ACLS and PALS arerequiredwithin six months of hire
One year of experience preferred
ASLS certification preferred
