Job Summary
Primary Purpose Of Position
This is a full-time 9-month non-tenure track lecturer position. Lecturers/Teaching Assistant Professors teach four courses per semester in their respective departments. Classes will be assigned as needed by the Department Chair. Additional duties assigned by the Department Chair include but are not limited to student academic advising and career mentoring serving on departmental/college and university committees. This position is expected to work cooperatively and productively with faculty and staff within the Department College of Arts Humanities and Social Sciences and University
Minimum Requirements
An earned doctorate terminal degree in the teaching discipline or closely related discipline.
Preferred Years Experience Skills Training Education
At least two years of teaching and professional experience is preferred with proven skills in the discipline.
