We are seeking a Consulting AI Leader. This is a senior client-facing executive who defines vision shapes enterprise AI strategy and guides organizations through complex high-impact transformation initiatives. This is a leadership role focused on strategy governance and enterprise enablement as well as technical execution.

What Youll Do
As an AI Consulting Leader you will advise key stakeholders and business leaders on how to responsibly and effectively embed AI across enterprise platforms operating models and customer experiences. You will define long-term AI roadmaps establish governance frameworks prioritize high-value initiatives and ensure that AI investments align with business outcomes.

You will serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders translating emerging AI capabilities into strategic advantage while building the organizational foundations required for sustainable adoption. You will guide multidisciplinary teams including architects data scientists and engineers.

Define enterprise-wide AI strategy aligned to business priorities and long-term growth objectives.
Identify high-value use cases and develop multi-year AI roadmaps.
Advise clients on AI governance risk management and responsible AI frameworks.
Shape operating models that integrate AI across business units and technology ecosystems.

Lead executive-level discussions to align AI initiatives with corporate strategy.
Translate complex AI and data concepts into clear business implications and investment cases.
Guide prioritization decisions across competing transformation initiatives.
Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders navigating ambiguity and change.

Provide architectural direction for scalable AI platforms.
Ensure integration across data applications analytics and enterprise systems.
Establish principles for modularity interoperability and long-term extensibility.
Oversee alignment between technical roadmaps and business value realization.

Define AI capability models talent strategies and governance structures.
Establish KPIs to measure value realization and enterprise adoption.
Coach senior leaders on AI maturity progression and change management.
Foster collaboration across business product data and engineering teams.

Provide executive oversight across AI initiatives ensuring strategic coherence.
Monitor milestones and interdependencies at a portfolio level.
Ensure programs deliver measurable business impact.
Guide teams in prototyping and piloting initiatives

What Youll Bring

10 years of leadership experience in enterprise architecture digital transformation or AI-enabled consulting environments.
Proven track record of defining and executing enterprise AI strategy.
Strong executive presence with experience advising executive stakeholders.
Deep understanding of modern AI capabilities including large language models (LLMs) retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) vector embeddings intelligent automation and analytics platforms.
Experience shaping cloud-native data-centric enterprise architectures.
Consulting experience is required including ownership of client relationships and executive alignment.
Strong systems-thinking mindset balancing immediate business outcomes with long-term scalability.
Demonstrated ability to lead through influence across cross-functional teams.
