Job Summary

No experience no problem-BAYADA Home Health Care offers aforty (40) hour training courseincorporating basic regulatory compliance and personal care skills for newgraduates to provide care for adults in our home care programs.
We have current job openings for PCA HHA and CNAin the following locations:
- Wilmington
- Leland
- Castle Hayne

Qualifications required of our caregivers:
- Minimum of 1 year verfiable paid personal care experience OR
- current CNA license OR
- Successfully complete 40 Hour training course provided by BAYADA
Job Responsibilities include:
- Activities of daily living
- Light housekeeping
- Bathing
- Grooming
- Toileting
- Nail care
- Range of motion / exercises
- Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices
- Oral feeding
- Vital sign checks: temperature pulse respiration
- Home Management Tasks: laundry meal preparation bed making etc.
- Assisting with ambulation
- Medication assistance
