- Pulmonology Cardiology Neurology Neurosurgery GI Interventional Cardiology & Radiology Nephrology Orthopedic & General Surgery Hematology/Oncology Anesthesiology ENT Ophthalmology & Urology.

Required Procedures:

- With ICU procedures

- Non-invasive Ventilation Mgmt Ventilation Mgmt (acute & chronic) & EKG interpretation

Type of ICU: Open

Trauma Level: III

No. of Beds: 120; 13 (ICU beds)

EMR: Epic

Hospital Privileges required: Yes

Travel lodging and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

Active WA License or IMLC

ACLS

Documentation of 15 vent mgmt case logs within the past 24 mos (w/ dates & locations for each procedure)
