Clinical Facilitator
Job Summary
Location: Open to all BSHS Locations
Full time Specified Purpose Contract 12 months
(Secondments will be facilitated for internal applicants)
Remote working option available with proximity to one of our BSHS sites.
Travel across the BSHS sites will be essential.
We are delighted to announce an opportunity for a Clinical Facilitator and are now inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates.
TheClinical Facilitatorroleprovidesimplementation andoperationalsupport forspecific areas of the programme team. Working with the programme project managers to supplement the management and implementation of theoverallprogramme while balancing the operational elements of the system. The role will also work across the streams to promotecollaboration.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Oversee andfacilitateworkflow redesign workflow optimisation and integration withBonsConnectand supporting the sites to consider their site processesoperationally andin advance of go live to support adoption and efficiency for go live.
Identifyproject risk and implement risk mitigation strategies.
Fostering engagement and promoting a culture of clinical engagement innovation and influence supporting senior leaders to adopt and embrace change leadership approaches.
Cross-Functional Collaboration with PMO Internal hospital sites Working group leads Meditech Expanse Team and Nordic Consultants.
Act as the clinical liaison for stream leads and working groups.
Facilitate clinical engagement workshops andcollaboration
Ensure alignment with clinical governance and quality standards.
Support training capability building and adoption of new workflows.
Candidate Criteria:
Qualifications:
Registered with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Ireland
Relevant 3rdLevel Degreeorequivalent
Certification in project management of business analysis (Desirable)
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years acute care experience
Clinicalnursemanagementexperience
Experience ofworking withIT Systemsin a healthcare setting
Experience of MEDITECH (Desirable)
Experienceofbest-of-breed clinical systems: RIS/PACS LIS etc(Desirable)
Skills:
Excellent analytical andproblem-solvingskills.
Stronginterpersonalandcommunicationskills.
Self-starterwithabilitytoworkontheirowninitiative as well aspartof ateam.
Provenmultitaskingexperiencewhilstmaintainingahighattentiontodetail.
