Job Description
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth were looking to add a QA Analyst in Chennai India.
The QA Analyst should have strong experience in Playwright to design develop and maintain scalable test automation frameworks. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in web application testing strong coding skills and a passion for quality assurance.
What a typical day looks like:
- Design develop and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright
- Build and enhance test automation frameworks for web applications
- Execute automated test suites and analyze results
- Collaborate with developers product owners and QA teams to understand requirements and define test strategies
- Perform cross-browser and cross-platform testing
- Identify report and track defects using defect management tools
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
- Ensure test coverage reliability and maintainability of automation scripts
- Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
The experience were looking to add to our team:
- 36 years of experience in software testing (manual automation)
- Strong hands-on experience with Playwright
- Proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript
- Knowledge of API testing (REST/GraphQL)
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins GitHub Actions Azure DevOps etc.)
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git
- Good understanding of SDLC/STLC and Agile methodologies
- Experience in performance testing tools
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP)
- Experience with containerization tools like Docker
- Exposure to security testing concepts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
