WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
- A university degree
- 46 years of HR experience (experience in Global Mobility HR Operations or process management is a plus)
- An understanding of endtoend mobility processes is appreciated but not required if you bring strong learning agility
- A genuine interest in process ownership continuous improvement and working within global frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable recommendations
- Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal
- Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working with global crossfunctional teams
- The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high attention to detail

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US
As a Senior Process Lead Global Mobility you will play a key role in ensuring smooth efficient and compliant mobility processes for employees relocating or working across borders. You will act as a process expert drive operational excellence and support stakeholders with guidance across a wide range of mobility scenarios.
Key responsibilities include:
- Serve as a process owner for designated Global Mobility processes ensuring accuracy consistency and compliance with policies
- Analyze mobility data identify trends and prepare insights to support decisionmaking and governance
- Contribute to global projects and transformation initiatives within the Global Mobility and P&ED functions
- Maintain and update mobility documentation guidelines and process materials
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies proposing solutions and implementing enhancements
- Support the employee experience across all mobility touchpoints proactively identifying opportunities to elevate service quality
- Collaborate closely with Global Mobility People Lifecycle Experience Payroll Market P&ED P&C BPs and other Process Management teams to increase Global Mobility knowledge and ensure seamless process execution
