Junior HR Advisor
Job Summary
We are looking for a Junior HR Advisor who is detail-oriented hands-on and passionate about delivering high-quality HR this role you will play a key part in supporting the employee lifecycle ensuring operational excellence and contributing to a consistent HR experience in our market.
Job Description:
What youll do
Deliver high-quality support to employees managers and HR team ensuring a positive and consistent HR experience
Execute day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle (contracts onboarding/offboarding documentation HR systems such as Workday) with accuracy and ownership
Maintain and update employee data ensuring accuracy confidentiality and compliance
Manage and resolve employee queries in a timely professional and solution-oriented manner
Coordinate with external providers (e.g. payroll benefits) to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
Support recruitment activities including posting job ads screening candidates and coordinating and managing interview processes
Build knowledge of local labor legislation and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
Support the implementation of global HR initiatives ensuring consistency and best practice adoption at a local level
What were looking for
13 years of experience in HR or an administrative role
A hands-on execution-driven mindset with strong attention to detail
Ability to work within structured frameworks (SOPs & SLAs) while identifying improvements
Strong organizational and communicational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience with HR systems (e.g. Workday) is a plus
Fluency in Greek and English
