Junior HR Talent Acquisition Specialist
The role will:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and draft/post job ads on job boards social media and the company career site.
- Actively source candidates via databases LinkedIn and other channels; pre-screen CVs based on key criteria.
- Conduct initial phone/online interviews and provide timely feedback to hiring managers.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with stakeholders keeping candidates informed throughout the process.
- Support the offer process collect hiring information and work with the operations team to finalize recruitment.
- Participate in employer branding activities including career days events and social media initiatives.
Requirements
- BSc in Business Administration Economics Accounting or Social Sciences; Masters degree is a plus.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or a similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and comfort using HR systems.
- Excellent organizational skills attention to detail and reliability.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across departments.
- Good command of English both written and spoken.
