Are you an enthusiastic and skilled Physiotherapist looking to join a highly experienced interdisciplinary Allied Health Team
Knox Private Hospital has an opportunity forinnovative and passionate Physiotherapist to join our successful applicant will be involved in providing clinical physiotherapy services to our Intensive care unit and cardiorespiratory patients.
As a Physiotherapist Grade 3 your responsibilities will include:
- Provide comprehensive Physiotherapy services inpatients for ICU
- Provide leadership to the ICU/ Cardiorespiratory team (5 direct reports)
- ICU/Cardiorespiratory: Provide expert clinical management for all patients in the Intensive Care Unit/High dependency Unit and acute cardiorespiratory wards.
- Delivering excellent clinical services related to assessment treatment planning and evidence-based practice
- Working closely with the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients and their support people
- Discharge planning with the multidisciplinary team and referrals to external services.

Essential Criteria:
- Bachelor in Physiotherapy or equivalent
- Current AHPRA Registration
- Excellent clinical practice skills to manage a high acuity caseload
- Recent Acute Hospital experience with a minimum of 2 years experience working in Intensive Care
- Highly developed communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Commitment to interdisciplinary teamwork
