The University of Louisville School of Dentistry is seeking a Dental Receptionist to work in the Specialty Practice area located at 501 S. Preston Street Louisville KY 40202.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Greet direct and interview patients.
Enter demographic data in the computerized patient information system.
Answer telephone calls and handle inquiries.
Schedule patient appointments.
Compile patient charts.
Serve as cashier; accept payments from patients; enter financial data into computer; issue receipts; balance cash drawer at end of day; set up payment contracts; work with insurance companies to obtain pre-authorizations; track payments and troubleshoot issues.
Additional HIPAA / privacy training upon hiring; Infection Control training.
Additional duties as assigned.
Target Compensation Maximum: $23.08
Target Compensation Minimum: $15.38
Compensation will be commensurate to candidate experience.
