Thats pretty important so that we dont spend the time to train. I need someone who is ready to
Help: manage multi-line phone calls greet patients collect co-pays check patients in and out update records (EHR)
Schedule appointments scan records in our EHR sort and manage faxes received daily and verifying insurance eligibility.

Other important qualities: someone who is empathetic and patient someone who has good communication skills and is professional.

Position Comments:

Generally support Radiation Oncology front desk as well as support other departments as needed.
