What Youll Do
As an Engineer Lead youll be responsible for:
- Handle advanced repair projects and lead shifts of engineers
- Oversee daily operations of building systems
- Conduct preventive maintenance rounds
- Ensure safety protocols and Marriott brand compliance
- Help on board and train new team members
What You Bring
- 3 years engineering/maintenance experience
- Proven ability to take lead on repairs
- High attention to safety and equipment standards
- Ability to work independently or lead a small team
- Availability for varied shifts
