Job Summary
Responsible and accountable for campus maintenance and department operations fiscal/financial management quality service Environment of Care/safety risk management and human resource management. Supports the organizations vision mission goals and values. Will be responsible for site security in partnership with Enterprise Security.
Qualifications
Associate Degree in Industrial Technology or related field required. Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology or related field preferred. Knowledge of healthcare industry requirements (NFPA TJC CMS) 3-5 years experience in facility operations and services. Organization leadership experience preferred. Ability to communicate in English both verbally and in writing. Basic computer and various software knowledge. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Knowledge of various maintenance trades including carpentry plumbing electrical construction mechanical and other building services related areas. Familiarity with landscaping and grounds maintenance. Ability to understand and negotiate service contracts. Understanding of Environmental Services and laundry operations.
