Job Summary
Job Title: RRT ECMO Specialist
Location: Minneapolis MN
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Night (3x12) 6:30 PM 7:00 AM
Overview
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced RRT ECMO Specialist to provide advanced respiratory and ECMO care in a high-acuity critical care setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage ECMO systems (required experience)
- Provide advanced respiratory care & ventilator management (BiPAP CPAP SIMV)
- Assist with intubation suctioning bronchoscopy and ABG collection
- Administer respiratory medications (nebulizers oxygen therapy nitric oxide)
- Interpret ABGs and manage critically ill patients (ARDS pneumonia etc.)
- Support patient transport and collaborate with care teams
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of RRT experience
- Minimum 1 year of ECMO Specialist experience (required)
- Active RRT Certification
- State Respiratory License (must be active by start date)
- Certifications: BLS ACLS PALS
- Strong background in adult critical care
