Job Summary

Liquid Personnel is recruiting Lead Occupational Therapist for its clients Children & Families Team at Brent.

What will your responsibilities be

As theLead Occupational Therapist you will play a pivotal role in managing and developing theSocial Care Occupational Therapy Servicewithin Brent. This is a highly impactful position where your clinical expertise and leadership will directly influence the quality of support received by children and families across the borough.

Lead and manage a team of Social Care Occupational Therapists.
Provide regularsupervision guidance and professional development support.
Work directly with children and families to assess needs and deliverexpert clinical advice.
Recommend appropriateequipmenthome adaptations and environmental modifications that enhance wellbeing and promote independence.
Collaborate withmultidisciplinary teamsand external partner agencies to deliver coordinated childfocused interventions.
Contribute to improved outcomes for some of Brents most vulnerable young residents.

Qualifications & Experience:

To be successful in this role you must have

Experience working with children with disabilities within Social Care.
Strong assessment and clinical reasoning skills.
The ability to lead inspire and support a team of Occupational Therapists.
Excellent communication skills and the confidence to work across service boundaries.
A childcentred approach and a commitment to delivering highquality strengthsbased support.

Working Arrangements

This role offers hybrid working with 3 days per week based in the office and the remainder from home giving you the flexibility to balance clinical work leadership responsibilities and administrative tasks effectively.
