What your day will look like as a Receptionist at Romeoville Toyota:
As a Receptionist here at Romeoville Toyota On a typical day you will be greeting visitors and delivering exceptional customer service answering calls and fielding them accordingly addressing visitor questions and needs and providing an overall welcoming environment. This oftentimes includes performing additional administrative duties as needed.
Responsibilities
- Hours for the role 12PM-8PM
- Answering phones
- Greet and receive prospects and customers
- Cashing out service customers after their vehicle repairs are completed
- Taking in deposits for new car vehicles when sold
- Assisting with stocking in vehicles when they arrive
- Direct customers to the correct departments in the dealership
- Work cooperatively with the sales team
- Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional friendly and efficient manner
- Other Duties as assigned
