The Floor Technician is responsible for the maintenance of all types of floor surfaces wall and upholstered furniture. This position also may require other environmental services duties.Position Details:
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience: Prior work experience following written and verbal instructions. Previous experience with performing manual tasks. Prior experience working with the public; customer service.
Preferred Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Certification: Gloss Tek.
Experience: Prior hospital environmental service experience.
License: Valid current drivers license; obtain a chauffeurs license within 90 days of employment
Physical Requirements:
Position requires the ability to push pull and/or lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
Position requires prolonged standing and walking during each shift.
Position requires the ability to grip reach bend kneel twist and squat.
