Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Striping Foreman to lead pavement marking operations on roads parking lots and other paved surfaces. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day crew activities ensuring quality striping work maintaining safety on site and communicating effectively with project managers and clients. The ideal candidate has hands-on striping experience strong leadership abilities and a commitment to delivering projects on time and efficiency standards

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all activities of the striping crew
Interpret project plans layouts and striping specifications
Lead layout and application of pavement markings including paint and thermoplastic
Operate and oversee use of striping equipment sprayers hand liners and stencils
Set up traffic control and work zones according to safety regulations
Ensure markings are applied accurately consistently and to proper thickness
Train and mentor laborers and operators in proper striping techniques and safety practices
Maintain and troubleshoot striping equipment and materials
Communicate with project managers inspectors and clients to ensure expectations are met
Track daily production material usage labor hours and complete job reports
Ensure compliance with DOT MUTCD and company standards
Enforce safety policies and conduct daily safety meetings
Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications (Experience Education & Certifications Key Attributes):

2 years of experience in striping or pavement marking
1 year of leadership or crew lead experience preferred
Strong knowledge of paint and thermoplastic striping applications
Ability to read and interpret blueprints layouts and striping plans
Familiarity with MUTCD standards and DOT requirements
Excellent communication leadership and organizational skills
Valid drivers license required; CDL preferred
Ability to work long hours including weekends and evenings as needed
Must be willing to travel overnight when projects are outside the local area
