Job Summary

Job Descriptions
- Develop and manage customized rate cards aligned with shipper needs and company profitability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate pricing requests and define competitive strategies.
- Conduct market analysis to monitor competitor pricing and identify opportunities.
- Lead profitability and cost optimization initiatives based on company strategy.
- Own P&L forecasting (regular and ad-hoc) and align assumptions with relevant teams.
- Provide insights and recommendations to support management decision-making.
- Bridge management and operations in cost-related initiatives and performance tracking.
- Monitor and optimize operational KPIs incentives and payschemes to ensure efficiency and fairness.
Requirements
- Min. Bachelors Degree from reputable university
- 4 years experience as data analyst market research operation analyst
- Curiosity and eager to learn in a fast paced environment also self learn under minimal direction
- Understanding research methods & data analyst tools (Excel SQL Solver Tableu)
- Detail oriented & data driven
- Problem solver and structure thinking
- Have strong communication & interpersonal skill
