We are looking for an Outside School Hours Care Mobile Coordinator to support our services across Brisbane North 7:00-9:00am and 3:00-6:00pm Monday - Friday.
As a Mobile Coordinator you are on the go travelling OSH Coordinator supporting numerous services as required with a core focus on stepping into services to support the service delivery.
- Effectively develop implement and monitor OSHC/OOSH programs and activities
- Ensure quality and compliance in service delivery and work with your team towards excellent rating and assessment outcomes
- Lead training performance and developmentin the service
- Minimise risk and manage safety in services
About you
We can teach you about the job and JAG but a few basics you need to have:
- Minimum Diploma qualification in a relevant field (e.g. Diploma in Childrens Services) or have completed minimum 2 years of full time study in a relevant field
- Experience working with children in a leadership position
- Current and valid Working with Children Check
- Current drivers license is required
- Experience working with children within a group environment
- Availability over split shifts Monday to Friday
