Job Summary
You will be part of an innovative and agile work environment where you will implement future-oriented network solutions with your DevOps skills to manage one of Telekom Deutschlands most focused projects!
Our group called IPC is responsible for the integration validation and production of test results that meet the requirements of the Deutsche Telekom AG Platform. The environment for our work is provided by a 4000 square meter lab in Germany where you can find a complete copy of the live network. We are developing the solutions of the future: including upcoming network devices software and the services built on them. These are developed tested and validated prior to the implementation phase to ensure their integration into the existing network infrastructure.
Tasks
- Clarify and adapt requirements into the software environment under development
- Install configure and administer software solutions
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Support the lifecycle management of developed software and proactively contribute improvement proposals and new ideas
- Design and participate in test automation and testing processes
- Test the Software TestExecutor and NG-QTS as a test manager
- Develop and execute programming tasks (coding)
- Ensure seamless integration into the existing infrastructure
Qualifications :
Requirements
- 3 Years of practice in implementing executing and documenting manual and automated tests
- ISTQB Foundation Level (CTFL or Agile Tester) certification (kann man ggf. diskutieren bzw. als erforderliches Training diktieren)
- Medium knowledge of programming and database management
- Basic knowledge of CI/CD processes
- Experience in testing REST-based web services
- English language skills (fluent in spoken and written language)
Additional Information :
Advantages
- Experience with Python ReactJS programming
- Experience with UI testing tools like Jest and Selenide
- Experience with GitLab
- Knowledge of NoSQL database operation and usage (MongoDB)
- German language is a plus
- Network knowledge (CCNA)
