Job Summary
- Collaborate with a team of engineers in all phases of civil and municipal infrastructure projects involving the planning design operations and maintenance of essential City infrastructure such as water wastewater and stormwater facilities streets pedestrian facilities and other public utilities
- Assist project teams with the development of designs plans specifications engineers estimates presentations and technical reports
- Represent Houston Engineering Inc in project stakeholder communications and general public engagement
- Develop project economics analysis associated with benefit/cost project value budgets and funding opportunities
- Support professional growth of less-experienced staff through teaching technical design skills
Qualifications :
- An ABET accredited Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or a related Engineering degree
- Minnesota Professional Engineer license preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the design and construction of municipal infrastructure engineering projects preferred.
- Valid drivers license with a good driving record
- Authorized to work in the United States permanently without the requirement of sponsorship at any point in the future. Sponsorship is not available for this position.
