Part-Time Digital Marketing Specialist (Google, Meta, Tik Tok Ads)
Job Summary
We are looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and scale our paid advertising across Google Meta and TikTok. This role requires someone who understands both data creative especially for short-form video and TikTok-first content.
-Manage and optimize Google Ads (Search Display Shopping)
-Plan execute and scale Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
-Launch and manage TikTok Ads campaigns (including Spark Ads)
-Collaborate on or create short-form video content (Reels/TikTok)
-Analyze performance and improve ROAS CTR CPA and conversions.
-Conduct A/B testing on creatives audiences and formats.
-Manage budgets and allocate spend efficiently
-Provide weekly performance reports with clear insights.
Qualifications :
-Minimum 3years experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
-Experience running TikTok Ads campaigns.
-Strong understanding of performance marketing analytics.
-Comfortable working with short-form video content
-Ability to work independently and take ownership
-Experience with e-commerce brands (strong asset)
Additional Information :
-Experience in fashion or lifestyle brands
-Shopify experience
-Familiarity with GA4 Google Merchant Center Meta Business Manager
-Experience with tracking tools like Elevar
