Job Summary
Salesforce Technical Lead Lead the design and development of Salesforce solutions including Sales Cloud Service Cloud Experience Cloud and/or custom applications.
- Provide technical direction to Salesforce developers and admins.
- Review code and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Solution Architecture & Design:
- Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical designs.
- Design data models security models and integration patterns.
- Make architectural decisions considering system performance scalability and reliability.
Development & Customization:
- Build custom applications using Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) Visualforce SOQL etc.
- Configure Salesforce environments including objects workflows flows validation rules and process builders.
- Develop REST/SOAP APIs integrations with external systems using middleware or platform APIs. - Collaboration & Project Management:
- Collaborate with product owners business analysts QA and DevOps to ensure successful delivery.
- Provide accurate estimates for development efforts.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning reviews and retrospectives.
Mentorship & Knowledge Sharing:
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
- Conduct technical workshops and training for internal teams.
Environment & Release Management:
- Manage deployment activities using tools like Gearset Copado or CI/CD pipelines.
- Oversee sandbox management and data migration efforts.
