Job Summary
We are looking for a Change Management Consultant to join our team and contribute to the success of our organizational transformation initiatives. This professional will play a central role in developing change projects promoting adoption capability-building and engagement among all stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities
- Conduct diagnostic activities and organizational impact analyses.
- Develop and implement Change Management plans aligned with the ADKAR model (Awareness Desire Knowledge Ability Reinforcement).
- Create and execute communication training and stakeholder management plans.
- Monitor adoption and readiness indicators proposing corrective actions whenever necessary.
- Lead awareness sessions workshops and capabilitybuilding activities for different teams.
- Work closely with functional and technical teams.
- Support the definition of user profiles journey mapping and training needs.
- Develop process-oriented training materials and facilitate hands-on sessions for key and end users.
- Support the postgo-live Hypercare strategy ensuring stabilization and reinforcement of the change.
- Map critical stakeholders and develop engagement strategies.
- Create communication content (newsletters campaigns FAQs quick guides short videos etc.).
- Ensure continuous alignment between the project team sponsors and impacted areas.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors or Masters degree.
- Minimum of 23 years of experience in consulting specifically in Change Management.
- Experience in SAP implementation or migration projects (highly valued).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint Word and Excel).
- Change Management certification (e.g. Prosci) is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in dynamic environments and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience in designing and facilitating workshops and training sessions.
- Proficiency with tools for creating learning and training content (PowerPoint Canva among others).
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and collaboration tools is an advantage.
- Fluency in English.
