Internal Logistics Engineer (Medical Device Manufacturing)
Plymouth UK 4 Days Onsite / 1 Day Remote

What Youll Do:
- Optimize internal material flow to ensure seamless delivery to production lines
- Lead and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives (Lean / Kaizen)
- Design and implement Mizusumashi (water spider) systems for JIT efficiency
- Analyze logistics processes and drive cost quality and throughput improvements
- Monitor and optimize inventory levels and material availability
- Partner cross-functionally with production quality and supply chain teams
- Use data and performance metrics to drive decision-making and process enhancements
- Support and mentor teams on best practices in logistics and operational excellence
What Were Looking For:
- Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering Logistics Supply Chain or related field
- 5 years of experience in internal logistics / manufacturing operations
- Strong background in Lean Kaizen or continuous improvement methodologies
- Experience implementing Mizusumashi systems (highly preferred)
- Proficiency with ERP systems inventory tools and data analysis
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive change in a fast-paced environment
