Key Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome passengers at the boarding gate with a friendly and professional demeanor - Check boarding passes and travel documents to ensure they are valid and accurate - Assist passengers with any queries or concerns they may have before boarding - Coordinate with the boarding crew to ensure a timely and organized boarding process - Handle any last-minute changes or issues with passengers tickets or baggage - Provide special assistance to passengers with disabilities or special needs - Ensure the boarding gate area is clean and organized at all times - Communicate any important updates or announcements to passengers - Collaborate with other ground staff members to ensure a seamless travel experience for all passengers - Maintain a high level of safety and security at the boarding gate area - Adhere to all company policies and procedures at all times. Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays - Knowledge of basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly - Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary airport security clearance.
