Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Information Desk Executive / Airport Ground this role you will be responsible for providing information and assistance to passengers at the airport ensuring their needs are met and their travel experience is seamless. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome passengers at the information desk providing a friendly and professional first point of contact. - Answer inquiries and provide accurate information on flight schedules gate changes baggage claim and other airport services. - Assist passengers with check-in boarding and other necessary procedures. - Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner. - Coordinate with other airport staff and departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. - Maintain a clean and organized information desk area. - Follow all safety and security procedures to ensure a safe and secure environment for passengers and staff. Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent. - Previous experience in customer service preferably in the aviation industry. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. - Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays. - Fluent in English and Hindi knowledge of other languages is a plus. - Must be physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time.
