Product Manager (Oncology - Bogotá)
What you will do
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Work closely with Brand Teams in order to design and align brand strategy.
- Drives motivation of sales force towards brand aspiration.
- Develops and implements Country Brand Plan in full congruence with Global and Regional Brand Plan.
- Designs and executes promotional activities (detail aids message scripts advertising congresses etc.) in line with international branding and key messages and align with local needs.
- Develops LRS with Business Planner.
- Proposes national sales target and achieves agreement with Business Unit Leader and Sales/District Managers.
- Translates/implements international brand campaign locally.
- Analyses market research and develop POA.
- Coordinates competitive intelligence and drives competitive action plans.
- Identifies business opportunities and develops business cases.
Authority
- DOE sign-off in Brand Team at signature level.
Outputs
- Brand DOE budget.
- Country brand plans.
- Sales support tools.
- Promotional campaign.
- Marketing events.
- Product Forecast and LE.
- Brand Performance.
- Business presentations for Brand/Franchise/Country Reviews.
What we expect of you

Basic Qualifications:
- Masters degree and 2 years of experience in similar positions on a big pharmaceutical company Or
- Bachelors degree and 4 years of experience in similar positions on a big pharmaceutical company Or
- Proficiency in English both in oral and written communication.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in Pharma.
- Detailed experience in High specialty desirable Oncology or Hemathology.
- Detailed success in gaining or maintaining market leadership position.
- The launch of a brand End to End.
- Applies project management and sophisticated analytical skills.
- Demonstrates strong industry knowledge and commercial attitude.
- Examines and understands issues from multiple perspectives or points of view readily sees inter-relationships and cause and effect relationships; takes a detailed approach to optimally resolving all issues.
- Takes initiative and acts pro-actively enthusiastically and creatively.
- Serves as a role model for Amgen Values.
