BroadFutures Success Summit

Empowering Neurodivergent Young People to Launch Their Careers

What: in-person immersive experience designed for neurodivergent individuals ages 1826 who have a high school diploma or GED and are currently in college taking a break from college or college-capable.

The program combines accessible interactive learning with real-world tools for success. Participants will strengthen career readiness and leadership skills build confidence and connect with peers through a mix of social and professional activities.

Program Highlights:

Guest speaker sessions and interactive workshops
Gamified and project-based learning
Peer-to-peer collaboration within a supportive cohort
Social activities and community building

When: January term 2027

Cost: $2500 which includes:

Comprehensive career and leadership programming
Coaching and facilitated peer learning
Daily breakfast and lunch
Social activities
A celebratory closing dinner

Scholarships based on financial need are available.

Hotel accommodation is not included but a group rate is available. Room-sharing assistance can be provided upon request.

Requirements

Primary Requirements

You are between the ages of 18 and 26.
You identify as neurodivergent.
You possess a high school diploma or GED by the start of our program.
You are college capable (even if you may not yet be college ready).
You can attend the entire program (January 2027- exact dates TBD)

Independence

You are able to transport yourself to and from the BroadFutures training site.
If you are coming from out of state you able to stay independently in DC for the week.

Program Cost and Scholarships

The Success Summit costs $2500. Housing is an additional fee (hotel block pricing coming soon). Participants may also qualify for need based scholarships.
