Enterprise Solution Architect (Public Sector Pre-Sales)
We are partnering with a leading global technology services firm to appoint a Senior Solution Architect supporting large-scale public sector programmes in Singapore.
This is a strategic client-facing role focused on shaping and designing complex technology solutions across cloud applications and data platforms for government and regulated environments.
You will play a key role in leading solutioning for RFP and RFI engagements working closely with clients internal technical teams and business stakeholders to define scalable cost-effective and future-ready architectures.

This is a strategic client-facing role focused on shaping and designing complex technology solutions across cloud applications and data platforms for government and regulated environments.
You will play a key role in leading solutioning for RFP and RFI engagements working closely with clients internal technical teams and business stakeholders to define scalable cost-effective and future-ready architectures.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end solution design for complex multi-technology engagements
- Drive pre-sales activities including RFP RFI and proposal development
- Translate business requirements into scalable enterprise architectures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across cloud applications and data domains
- Engage senior stakeholders to present and articulate solution strategies
- Develop solution sizing estimation models and delivery approaches
- Ensure alignment with Singapore public sector standards and frameworks
Requirements
- Singapore Citizen (due to public sector project requirements)
- 15 years of experience in IT solutions architecture and service delivery
- Proven experience in pre-sales solutioning or bid management
- Strong exposure to Singapore public sector projects (GovTech Ministries Stat Boards)
- Experience across at least two of the following:
- Application development (Agile)
- Application maintenance and support
- SaaS platforms (e.g. ServiceNow)
- Data platforms or analytics
- Solid understanding of:
- Cloud platforms (AWS Azure or Government Commercial Cloud)
- Microservices architecture
- Enterprise frameworks such as TOGAF
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
