Role Overview:

As an Content Moderator you will review user-generated content including text images and videos to ensure it complies with company policies community guidelines and applicable regulations. Your ability to think critically make fair decisions and understand diverse perspectives will be key to maintaining platform integrity and a safe user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Evaluation: Review user-generated content to ensure it meets internal standards and regulatory requirements
Consistent Moderation: Apply guidelines fairly and make objective unbiased decisions
Community Protection: Help maintain a safe inclusive and respectful online space
Policy Adherence: Follow moderation procedures and stay updated on policy changes
Case Escalation: Identify complex or sensitive cases and escalate them appropriately
Continuous Improvement: Stay informed on platform updates policy changes and best practices to ensure effective moderation

Requirements:

Language Skills: Proficiency in Czech (C1/C2) and English (B2).
Eligibility: EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese residency card.
Experience: 0-1 year of experience in content moderation or a related analytical role.
Skills: Strong critical thinking communication and decision-making abilities.
Mindset: Objective detail-oriented and eager to grow within a fast-paced environment.
