Job Summary

German Customer Service Representative (Remote Portugal)

Looking for a fully remote opportunity in Portugal We are hiring German-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join an international team!

Location: Remote (Portugal mainland)
Position: German Customer Service

What you will do:

Handle customer inquiries via phone email and chat
Provide efficient and professional support while resolving issues
Maintain high customer satisfaction and meet quality targets

Schedule: Monday to Saturday 07:00 AM 07:00 PM (rotational shifts) 2 days off: Sunday 1 rotational day

Requirements:

German (C2 or native) & good English
Based in Portugal (mainland)
EU passport or valid work permit (no visa sponsorship)

What we offer:

Base salary: 1010 x14 months
Complexity bonus: 140 x11 months
Daily meal allowance
