About the Role
We are seeking experienced freelance recruiters with a strong background in the iGaming industry specifically in hiring online game presenters (live casino dealers/hosts). This is a high-reward commission-based opportunity designed for recruiters who thrive in fast-paced high-volume hiring environments and want to scale their earnings.
Key Responsibilities
- Source attract and recruit online game presenters for live casino environments
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing screening interview coordination offer stage
- Utilize free sourcing channels social media and creative outreach strategies
- Build and maintain talent pipelines across English Dutch and/or Korean-speaking markets
- Ensure candidates meet client requirements (language level presentation skills personality fit)
- Collaborate closely with the delivery team to meet hiring targets and deadlines
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in iGaming recruitment (essential)
- Strong understanding of live casino presenter roles / game hosts / dealers
- Experience recruiting in one or more of the following markets:
- English-speaking
- Dutch-speaking
- Korean-speaking
- Skilled in high-volume recruitment
- Strong sourcing skills using free tools and platforms
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Self-driven reliable and comfortable working remotely
