We are seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to ensure the quality reliability and performance of applications through structured testing and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
What Youll Do
- Review product requirements specifications and designs to understand test scope and objectives
- Design develop and execute test cases (manual and/or automated) based on requirements and user scenarios
- Perform various types of testing including Functional Testing System Integration
- Testing (SIT) End-to-End (E2E) Testing and Regression Testing
- Conduct UI/UX validation and non-functional testing (performance security usability etc.)
- Execute cross-browser and cross-device testing
- Identify document and track bugs using bug tracking tools such as Jira
- Verify bug fixes and ensure issues are properly resolved before release
- Collaborate closely with Business Analysts Developers Project Managers and designers to clarify requirements and resolve issues
- Ensure testing activities follow defined QA processes and standards
- Prepare test reports and provide clear testing status updates to stakeholders
What You Bring
Must-have:
- Basic understanding of software testing principles and QA methodologies
- Experience in manual testing for web or mobile applications (black-box and white-box)
- Ability to write clear and structured test cases and bug reports
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira Trello or similar bug tracking tools and Browser DevTools (basic level)
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments
Nice-to-have:
- Experience or exposure in the Telco / Telecommunications industry
- Knowledge of basic HTML CSS or API testing
- Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium Cypress Playwright or Robot Framework
