Job Summary
How you will do it:
- Perform on-site servicing for Access System and CCTV/VMS (Video Management System) to maintain security uptime and compliance including troubleshooting Preventive Maintenance (PM) Corrective Maintenance (CM) firmware/patching backups and client support
- Troubleshoot Controllers readers locks cameras NVR storage and networks (PoE/VLAN/IP)
- Close service tickets/reports within SLA (Service Level Agreement) upon completion of servicing
- SLA response/resolution First Time Fix Rate
- Coordination with customer
What we look for:
- Bachelors degree in electrical & electronics or related field.
- Fresh graduate or less than 1 year experience in service engineering with basic knowledge in building security system.
- Able to read wiring diagrams schematic drawings and IP networking basics
